On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen and living room open directly onto a shaded pergola terrace — equipped for long outdoor lunches with nowhere else to be. On the first floor, three bedrooms — the master bedroom opens onto a private terrace with an uninterrupted sea view that stretches to the horizon.

The interiors are minimal and honest — the quiet beauty of a tradition that has always known that less is more.

The maisonette is part of a small, peaceful complex of four maisonettes and two studios — intimate by design, never crowded, always quiet.
